QSE policy and certifications

It is no coincidence that KROHNE is recognised for the quality of its products: all production units are ISO 9001 certified and also certified according to the standards specific to the products offered by the KROHNE range (e.g. SIL, ATEX, etc.). In addition, aware of the environmental issues and the importance of safety at work, we obtained ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification in 2016.

Our site in Romans sur Isère (France), which includes the manufacture of level measurement equipment and our sales units, is certified:  

• ISO 14001 for environmental management

• ISO 45001 for safety management

• ISO 9001 since January 1994

• Module H/H1 according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive

• ISO 3834-2 for quality management in welding

• ISO 80079-34 according to the European directive on explosive atmospheres, but also according to the standards applicable in other countries: IECEx (international), FM (USA), CSA (Canada), KGS (Korea), NEPSI (China)...

• QUALIANOR as a company working in establishments carrying out nuclear activities.

• ISO 61508 for the quality system and the development cycle of devices ensuring a high level of functional safety: SIL

• Certification by DNV and other member organisations of the International Association of Classification Societies for the manufacture of marine equipment.
